After blogging and Vlogging about Fashion, makeup and beauty, I wanted to start blogging in the food niche. Hope you’ll love to know my experiences. This is the first of many vlogs that I plan to do ahead.
Today, I am blogging about one of the best experiences I had in a veg restaurants considering I am a die-hard non-veg fan 😉
Being a foodie, I always prefer to eat at restaurants and try out different places. Last weekend, after much consideration, I decided to visit the newly opened Tea Villa Cafe at Wakad, Pune.
Tea Villa Cafe Review:
Tea Villa Cafe is a cafe chain and one of its recent outlets opened at Wakad which is nearby to my place. I did some quick online check on the reviews and watched the sneak peak on Zomato which I really liked. The reviews were great and everyone raved about the food in there.

I went to the cafe for a Saturday brunch along with my friends. They had a outdoor seating area and an indoor one as well. We preferred to sit indoors due to the scorching heat though I managed to click some pictures while going inside. 😛 yeah, yeah, I love clicking pictures.
The Tea Villa Cafe had only vegetarian options. I was disheartened at first but probably the first time, they disproved me well. As we went to have lunch, we started with ordering pizza.
Paneer Tikka Pizza:
We ordered the Paneer Tikka Pizza at first. It had chunks of paneer with olives and capsicum. It was really good in taste. Being a pizza fan, I hardly say they are bad unless they are really bad.
This was one of the recommendations of the server. I had seen this on one of the Zomato recommendations as well. So, we opted for this and it was indeed the best choice. The cheese fondue was served with breadcrumbs, shallow-fried mushrooms, potatoes and exotic veggies. They lighted a candle below the cheese so that it doesn’t settle. Everything with a dip of cheese was heavenly.
Four Cheese Pasta:
With a number of choices in pasta type and vegetables for the pasta, we chose the following: Penne pasta, babycorn, mushroom, zucchini and olives. The pasta also had lot of cheese types like cottage, mozzarella and parmesan.
Hunan sauce with Veg Manchurian Sizzler:
With Noodles, veg manchurian properly fried along with hunan sauce, this couldn’t have been better. Though it’s not the best sizzler I had ever, it was good in taste.
Chocolate loaded Waffle:
I love belgian waffles and upon asking the server, he recommended this. The waffle was loaded with belgian dark, milk and white chocolate. It was super yummy. That was the perfect dessert to end the awesome meal.
Note: They also have a wide range of tea (more than 100 national and international variants) which I couldn’t try because I was full. If you are tea lover, you can definitely give it a try.
Overall, I had a great experience and hope you enjoyed my Tea Villa Cafe review.
I really enjoyed the food and ambience. The interiors were airy, cheerful and colorful. All the dishes were amazing and the prices were decent for the quality, ambience and quantity.
You can visit the cafe during the evening to enjoy a great view too. It is definitely great for dates, casual meetings and catch-ups.
