Today I am going to review the most talked about Lakme compact. It is the absolute wet and dry compact. It is available for a quantity of 9 gm. I have been using this compact for quite a long time now. I must say it is worth every single penny.
How the Lakme compact looks like?
It comes in a metallic blue case with a sponge in it. The case is enclosed in a dark blue velvet pouch. The packaging looks very classy almost like any high end product. I love the packaging. It gives the compact a premium look at an affordable price point.
How the compact works?
It is a 2 in 1 compact which means It can be used both in dry and wet form. For light coverage or to coat on top of foundation, it is used in the dry form as a compact. When I want a slightly medium coverage specially during night or when i am out for dinner, I just dampen the sponge with water, run it through the compact and apply it on my face. It sort of acts like a foundation compact.
The coverage is good, almost blurs all the scars and blemishes. The compact is super velvety in texture that is why it gives a flawless finish on the face. It has hyaluronic acid that helps in hydrating and restoring my natural glow. Another important thing about this Lakme compact is, it also has vitamin b3 which acts as a fairness agent.
